WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 7 business days from the date you received your order.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
- Item/s must not have been worn (except for initial try-on), washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us. They are at your OWN cost!
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com using the e-mail address used to order the bikini.
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping+return cost).
THIRST cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in China, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns. Email us for more information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Once we receive the returned garments, we will initiate the exchange/refund.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help cover any problems.
